The candidate should have 2+ years in mortgage, accounting, or financial services, plus a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance/economics and strong Excel skills. Collaboration in a fast-paced team is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain asset profiles in the trust accounting and reporting system
  • Reconcile financial data across multiple databases and reporting platforms
  • Manage daily cash receipting, wire transfers, and investment transactions
  • Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity
  • Coordinate with the Operations Group on bond and loan settlements
  • Review and reconcile overdrawn accounts
  • Respond promptly to bondholder and client inquiries

Portfolio Accounting Analyst

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:
