Job Summary

They will need to be organized and exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong communication, interpersonal and financial skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• - Enhancing workflows and documentation.
• - Supporting automation or efficiency efforts within accounting processes.
• - Contribute to ad hoc analyses.
• - Gain exposure to the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconcilations.
• - Observe and support elements of the accounts payable and cash management cycles.
• - Assist with documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls.
• - Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to real estate investment structures and fund operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• - Pursuing a degree in Accounting.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with data analysis or modeling a plus).
• - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all members of the organization.
• - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
