Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking enthusiastic Porters to join our team in Hillsboro, Texas. You will help keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff, performing cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and assisting with event setups.

Walk-in interviews are available weekdays from 11am to 4pm at our travel center located at 101 Cornelius Road, North Hillsboro, TX 76645. The role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health care and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Prior custodial/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public areas regularly (restrooms, break rooms, common areas).
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report reorders.
• Support minor maintenance and report issues to the maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.

In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the high standards that our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any significant issues to the maintenance team.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
