Article Student Living seeks a Porter to join our maintenance team in a full-time role. You will help maintain the property to the high standards of our luxury community and ensure curb appeal across grounds and common areas.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with the maintenance staff. The pay is $19 per hour, plus shared commission, and benefits are provided as part of our associate program.

Article Student Living is looking for a Porter to join our maintenance team for a full-time role to ensure the upkeep, cleanliness, and appearance of our community. You will ensure our established standards for the property. As a luxury housing community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are high. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community.
