Job summary

Kowalis Auto Group in Merrillville, IN is seeking a hands-on manager to lead the porters/valets and uphold a premium guest experience. This role focuses on recruitment, training, scheduling, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth operations.

You will supervise daily activities Monday through Saturday, drive guest satisfaction, and model professional standards in a busy dealership setting. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with a family-owned heritage.

Qualifications

• Management experience in automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Professional, clean appearance and demeanor.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
