Job summary

CCI is seeking a Porter to keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. You’ll sweep, mop, buff, vacuum, and maintain common areas, garages, and exterior spaces.

The role includes basic landscaping tasks and assisting the maintenance team with painting and small repairs, helping to uphold our high standards across a large multifamily portfolio. We prize reliable, proactive teammates who communicate well, learn quickly, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or maintenance is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Basic computer literacy for task logging and communication.

About The Role

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.

What you will be doing?

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
