Job summary

Tulley Automotive Group is seeking a Porter to greet service customers, guide traffic into the service driveway, and record vehicle information. The role supports service advisors, manages vehicle movement, and ensures the driveway area is organized and clean.

Requirements include excellent communication, ability to work independently or with a team, strong time and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Training is provided; liability criteria apply for driving duties.

• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the driveway service area.
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Porter position will greet incoming service customers, direct the flow of incoming traffic into the service driveway, record the necessary incoming vehicle information, direct the customers to the service advisor area, and relocate vehicles as necessary before and after the vehicles are serviced.

• Greeting incoming service customers.
• Driving customer vehicles from the drop off driveway into the service area process line.
• Makes key tags for incoming service vehicles.

Required Education / Experience / Certifications:

• No prior experience or training required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Driving record must meet criteria set by the group and liability insurance carrier.
