Salary Range: $13.00 To $18.00 Hourly
The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, painting, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential or apartment grounds. Paint vacant apartments.

Hours for this position vary by location and will be set with the individual by the Area Maintenance Supervisor. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Physical presence at properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
