Cable Dahmer Automotive Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a dependable Porter/Lube Technician to join our Fleet Center team. This hands-on role combines vehicle porter duties with routine maintenance and lube services, with a clear path to becoming a Technician as skills develop.

You will move vehicles, perform oil changes, inspect systems, and assist technicians in a fast-paced shop. This full-time position offers hands-on automotive experience and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, lube, porter, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand and shop tools.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the facility and lot.
• Perform oil changes, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles for leaks, fluid levels, and basic maintenance needs.
• Check tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle systems.
• Assist technicians with maintenance and repairs.
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

This position combines vehicle porter responsibilities with routine maintenance and lube services.
