Job summary

Convive Brands is seeking a dependable dishwashing teammate for LPQ USA in Rye, NY. You will load, operate, and unload the dish machine safely, keep sinks clean, and store dishes and chemicals properly. You’ll help with basic prep and follow opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning checklists and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload dish machine safely and efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine & sinks clean and report any issues.
• Wash and store all kitchenware, baskets and crates; maintain clean small wares and tools.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies; replenish as needed.
• Assist with basic food preparation according to checklists and prep sheets.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures; follow daily checklists.
