Le Pain Quotidien in Rye, NY is hiring for a part-time porter to support dish and kitchen operations. You will load, operate, and clean the dish machine, assist with basic food prep, and help keep all areas organized according to cleaning and safety protocols.

The role offers a friendly, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow within Convive Brands. Must have 3–6 months of restaurant experience or training; schedule flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Load, operate, and unload dish machine safely and efficiently.
• Keep the dish machine, sinks, and work areas clean; report issues.
• Wash and store kitchenware and utensils; prep as needed.
• Open/close procedures; complete daily checklist and side work.
• Maintain clean refrigerators and freezers; manage supplies.
