Job summary

Gallatin Honda, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks a motivated Service Porter to join the expanding service department. The team offers a collaborative culture with a focus on customer experience and professional development.

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO for full-time staff. Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, pass MVR/background checks, and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass MVR/background checks.
• Drug screening is required prior to employment.
• Track record of delivering strong customer service in a high-volume retail setting.
• Detail oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist service advisors by greeting customers and coordinating drop-offs/pickups.
• Move vehicles within the service drive and help keep the area organized.
• Support technicians and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide friendly, accurate information and exceptional customer experience.
