Porter / Groundskeeper - Full Time

The Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property's exterior appearance at all times, including groundskeeping, assisting with make-readies, cleaning, and pool maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining immaculate grounds.
• Assisting with make-readies and maintenance support.
• Cleaning trash from around dumpsters and maintaining cleanliness.
• Pool area maintenance, including chemical testing and equipment upkeep.
• Upkeeping club facilities and common areas.
• Landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and watering.
• Preparing vacated apartments for re-rental, including cleaning and repairs.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• English speaking and writing skills.
• Physical strength to move dumpsters regularly.
• Pool maintenance experience.
• High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
