We are accepting resumes for an experienced Porter / Groundskeeper to join our team. We manage a beautiful A+ property in Dallas, Texas, and are looking to hire ASAP.

Porter / Groundskeeper - Full Time

The Porter / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the peak appearance of the property exterior at all times.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring grounds look immaculate at all times.
• Assisting with make-ready’s and supporting the maintenance department.
• Cleaning and picking up trash around the dumpster area, maintaining a tidy appearance.
• Cleaning and arranging furniture and trash receptacles in pool areas, possessing a pool operator's certificate, and testing chemical levels daily to maintain proper balance.
• Maintaining club facilities in an orderly and presentable fashion.
• Keeping all grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and well-maintained, including exterior building checks and repairs.
• Performing landscape maintenance, irrigation repairs, and gardening duties as needed, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and planting.
• Cleaning vacated apartments and preparing them for re-rental, including carpet repairs, dying, and shampooing.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English (reading and writing).
• Physical strength to move dumpsters three times a week with minimal assistance.
• Pool maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous groundskeeping or porter experience helpful but not required.
