Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our multifamily communities. You will sweep, clean, and remove litter from grounds, parking areas, pools, and common spaces, and help prepare apartment units for new residents.

You'll apply a hands-on approach to general maintenance, assist with turns and repairs, and contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate reliability.
• Ability to handle and operate standard maintenance tools safely.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, clean, and remove trash from grounds, parking areas, pool areas, and common spaces.
• Maintain apartment units and ensure they are in good condition for residents.
• Assist with apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm.
• Perform painting and basic repairs as required across the property.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
• Dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
• Be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bring your A-game to our team environment, showcasing your strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate.
• Show proficiency in handling and maintaining tools and equipment safely, from hand tools to electric equipment and everything in between
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
