About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide shuttle services as needed

• Maintain lot cleanliness and remove garbage
• Clear debris, ice, and snow from driveways and walkways
• Follow dealership policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and staff
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate instructions and policies
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Visual acuity meeting Maryland MVA requirements for vehicle operation
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Manual transmission operation skills are preferred
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
