La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Surprise, AZ is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate. You will work with Sales Associates, Designers and Store Manager to support daily warehouse operations and furniture preparation for delivery. The role pays $16.00 per hour and includes benefits and a 40-hour work week.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, lift up to 50 lbs, and help ensure accurate stock handling and storage. Prior distribution center or furniture experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions.
• OSHA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight and stock freight.
• Pull and prepare furniture for delivery company.
• Assist with furniture prep, floor moves and floor sets.
• Assist with tagging inventory.
• Maintain lighting and other floor standards.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
