Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Porter to keep the lot organized, move and stage vehicles, and support sales and service teams. This full-time, outdoor role requires attention to detail and reliability in varying weather conditions. You will assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Strong attention to presentation and detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Porter, you play a critical role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. You’ll ensure vehicles are organized, presentable, and ready for customers, while supporting the sales and service teams behind the scenes. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and values teamwork.

What You’ll Do
