Transteck, Inc. in Harrisburg is seeking a Porter to maintain the body/collision shop and assist with vehicle movement and customer shuttle needs. The role supports daily operations in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies in body shop.
• Assist with moving vehicles.
• May shuttle customers as needed.
• Keep shop clean of trash and floor swept.
• Keep parking lot clean.
• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.

We have an immediate opening for a Porter at our Freightliner of Harrisburg Collison Center. The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of the body/collision shop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock Supplies in body shop

Physical Job Requirements:

• Must be able to stand 6-8 hours per shift


• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and feel


• Applicant will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds several times during the shift
