Responsibilities

• Parks vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of Sales/Marketing to keep the lot appealing.
• Assist Sales and Service staff in moving vehicles for efficient dealership operations.
• Maintain key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to other dealerships or vendors as requested.
• Possible pickup or delivery of customers using dealership vehicles.

Job description

The Lot Porter assists both the Sales and Service Departments in maintaining the new and used car lots, and in transporting vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control.

Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $18.00.
