SUMMARYMaintains property premises in clean and orderly mannerESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPolish metalworkSweep, dust, vacuum, and dust mop.Use a blower when necessary.Pick up landscaping debris and place waste in receptacles.Empty and polish waste receptacles.Pressure wash as necessary.Notify supervisor of any conspicuous people or problems such as cleanliness issues, damage, pets, lights out, engineering problems, etc.Be properly attired in clean uniform, proper footwear and wear nametag at all timesMaintain trash enclosures clean.Adhere to all Pool and Beach procedures and house rulesEmpty wastebaskets, and empty and clean ashtraysTransport trash and waste to disposal areaClean and remove debris from wakways and parking lot areasAttend department meetingsMay be required to work nights, weekends and holidaysOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
