Job summary

Adamas Building Services, a leader in Luxury Residential Services across NJ, NY, FL, PA, seeks an exceptional Porter for our Edgewater, NJ location. The role involves cleaning, maintenance, and grounds upkeep within luxury residential communities, with a schedule of Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–4pm and pay at $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
• Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Edgewater, NJ location.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–4pm

$17.00 an hour
