Job summary

Mobility Works in Deer Park, NY is seeking a full-time Lot Attendant to join our service team. Workdays Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with duties including vehicle washing, staging, and helping guests.

You will keep the lot neat, assist service for keys, start vehicles, and maintain inventory, with a focus on customer service and a welcoming, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Shuttle guests and assist customers, directing them to the right personnel.
• Wash and detail vehicles to showroom quality; pick up/deliver parts and vehicles; maintain inventory.
• Keep the lot neat and orderly; move units per display standards; light cleaning and snow removal.
• Assist service department by tagging keys and vehicles; start vehicles and check gas levels twice weekly.
• Maintain organization of customer vehicles in the service lot.

Responsibilities:

1. Shuttling guests or customers if necessary. Assists customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
2. Washing and detailing of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality. Picking up or delivering parts & vehicles as needed. Vehicle inventory maintenance.
3. Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards. Light janitorial duties. Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
4. Assisting service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles. Responsible for starting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week.
5. Maintains organization of customer vehicles in service lot.
