Maman - Porter

Maman is a French bakery, café and lifestyle brand located across North America and Canada. We are looking for a porter to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, beverages, and excellent customer service. You love cookies, are always ready to lend a helping hand to a colleague, and you don’t take yourself too seriously. When you join our team, you’ll be responsible for providing friendly, helpful, and responsive collaboration with the full BOH team. You will be based at any of the Maman locations. What you’ll do

• Keep the kitchen/BOH/FOH space clean, organized, and pristine.
• Proactively anticipate rushes and wash dishes accordingly.
• Help replenish the cutlery and glass stations.
• Help clear the bus‑bins when they are full.
• Occasionally assist the prep team during slow times.
• Maintain safety standards while adhering to Maman’s policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH team.
