Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Route Service Driver for portable sanitation to join our Reliability Onsite Services team. You will safely complete daily service routes, service and stock portable toilets and related equipment, and maintain strong customer communication on site.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and good driving records. CDL preferred; DOT medical card required before starting. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Safety-focused with the ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate a Route Service truck daily.
• Vacuum, clean and sanitize portable restroom units on site.
• Stock paper towels, toilet paper, soap and refill water holding tanks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
• Load and unload units and assist with moves as needed.
• Provide onsite customer interactions and recommend additional services.
