Job summary

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Driver for portable sanitation in Utah. You will start with a 5:00 AM schedule, perform 70% servicing of restrooms and 30% driving, and work 10+ hour days with possible overtime and weekend shifts. Training is provided, and benefits include healthcare and retirement options.

Primary locations are Spanish Fork, with Salt Lake as a secondary site. A clean driving record, DOT readiness, and physical strength to lift 50–150 pounds are

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a physically demanding role.
• Clean driving record and DOT compliance.
• Safety sensitive position with drug screening (THC).
• Must be able to lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to read and speak English to communicate and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Service and clean portable restrooms (70% of time).
• Drive and operate routes in assigned area (Spanish Fork primary, Salt Lake secondary).
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
• Attend training as required (company-paid).
• Work 10+ hour days with OT and weekends during busy seasons.
