Job summary

HVAC RNTL is seeking a Field Service Support to back branch operations by ensuring timely delivery, setup, maintenance, and retrieval of HVAC rental equipment. This role requires hands-on, customer-focused individuals capable of working independently or with a team in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, operating company vehicles up to 26,000 lbs, installing portable cooling equipment, and performing basic repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• DOT medical exam clearance required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage delivery and pickup schedules.
• Safely operate company vehicles up to 26,000 lbs.
• Install and set up portable cooling equipment at commercial sites.
• Inspect, clean and perform basic repairs on rental equipment.
• Maintain inventory and track units using software.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environments at branch and job sites.
• Communicate requirements and needs with Branch Manager.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors.
• Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergencies.
