NFI Industries is seeking a Port Services Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, process orders, receipts, and resolve complaints promptly and courteously. The role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with shipping software (UPS, FedEx), and excellent communication to coordinate with Traffic, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
HS diploma and typing skills are required, with flexibility for irregular hours including nights or weekends.
ThePort Services Customer Service Representativecarries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and receipts and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include answering/routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed by Customer Service Supervisor or Office Manager.
