The DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION is hiring a Customer Service Representative 2 in Topock, AZ, at the Ports of Entry. You will interpret vehicle codes, issue permits, collect fees, and conduct cash reconciliations while supporting the public and transportation partners.

Background checks are required, and some shifts may rotate, including overnight travel. Applicants should have strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in customer service and office operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative/operations support experience.
• Weight master certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer inquiries on motor vehicle rules and regulations.
• Resolve customer issues and refer to enforcement when needed.
• Issue permits, route over-dimensional loads, collect fees and taxes; reconcile cash.
• Examine motor carrier registrations and documents for authenticity.
