Job summary

Sunset Porsche Audi is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles at our Beaverton service center. The role requires hands-on experience, state-of-the-art tools, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, component repair, maintenance, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with service advisors to provide clear estimates. A valid license and dealership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 2 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar in a dealership environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of vehicles.
• Ability to use various tools effectively.
• Ability to use computer for data entry and data management.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and inspections for Porsche vehicles.
• Repair and replace faulty components including engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, brakes.
• Conduct routine maintenance per Porsche guidelines.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment to diagnose issues.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Communicate explanations and estimates to customers with service advisors.
