Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a health-related field is required.
• Master's degree in health services, public health, health care administration or related field preferred.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education.
• Three years in a Managed Care Organization or healthcare field required; additional two years preferred.
• Three years of experience in quality or analytics required.
• Three years of leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise quality improvement teams to drive gap closure.
