Job summary

Margaret Mary Health in Batesville, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to assist in the Medical Arts Center - Population Health. The role focuses on collecting, monitoring, and reporting population health and quality data to support government and commercial quality programs.

You will serve as a liaison between physician services and the quality department to help ensure practices meet quality and population health goals. Nursing licensure in Indiana is required; an Associate degree is minimum.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates degree in nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.

• Understands patient safety goals & actions taken.
• Uses 2 patient identifiers when necessary.
• Reports sentinel events or incidents as warranted.
• Have working knowledge of quality programs which Margaret Mary Health participates.

• Educate providers & staff regarding documentation needed to meet quality measures.

• Coordinates patient outreach efforts where needed to meet population health goals.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, & use of hands
• Occasionally may need to lift up to 25 lbs
