Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in population health or related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of professional experience in a business environment; healthcare preferred.
• RN-BC or LPN-Diploma preferred licenses.
• Certification in Quality or Process Improvement Methods preferred.
• Direct experience with accreditation, HEDIS and CAHPS in healthcare settings.
• Data analytics experience with large healthcare data sets.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in population health, measurement science, accreditation, and quality improvement.
• Define, measure, and document performance of the health plan for quality and experience.
• Analyze and evaluate health plan performance using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Prioritize and operationalize opportunities into innovative programs with other areas.
