Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s in Vernon Manor is seeking a dedicated program/ project coordination professional to support the Population Health Data team. You will create and execute deliverables, develop reports, documents, and communications for cross-sector initiatives, and manage centralized knowledge resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience.
• OR a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of work experience.
• OR a Master's degree with 0+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Departmental Support – Create and execute deliverables that contribute to improved outcomes and assist in reports, documents, and communications for cross-sector initiatives.
• Administrative Support – Set up schedules, coordinate meetings with departments and partners, and prepare meeting materials.
• Program/Project Coordination – Manage plans, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; track progress and prepare internal reports.
• Research Coordination/Scholarly Dissemination – Support study start-up activities, regulatory docs, IRB prep, and manuscript development support.
• Collaboration and Adaptability – Work across clinical, research, operational, academic, and community settings and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
