Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind poppi’s integrated marketing campaigns and commercial execution. This role is responsible for ensuring every campaign, from annual brand tentpoles to retail activations and always-on content, is planned, coordinated, and delivered seamlessly across all marketing channels.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll partner closely with Brand, Creative, Retail, Shopper Marketing, PR, Digital, Culture, and Innovation to bring campaigns to life. You’ll establish integrated workbacks, manage cross-functional timelines, and create operational clarity that enables high-quality creative execution at speed.
Responsibilities
Campaign & Commercial Execution
- Lead end-to-end operational execution for integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social, PR, experiential, lifecycle, eCommerce, and owned channels.
- Develop integrated workbacks, campaign calendars, milestone tracking, and launch readiness plans that align cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
- Partner with Brand, Creative, and Marketing leadership to translate campaign strategy into executable plans and deliverables.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time, on budget, and with clear visibility into risks, dependencies, and next steps.
Retail & Away-From-Home
- Own operational execution for retail marketing programs, shopper marketing initiatives, POS development, ACTIVATR, and Away-from-Home (AFH) activations.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across Sales, Shopper Marketing, Creative, and agency partners.
- Ensure commercial marketing assets are delivered accurately and aligned to retailer and customer timelines.
- Maintain consistency across retail execution while balancing multiple concurrent launches.
Workflow & Cross-Functional Operations
- Build and manage integrated project plans across campaigns, evergreen initiatives, and ad hoc marketing requests.
- Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and cross-functional communication to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage marketing intake, prioritization, asset routing, approvals, and workflow through Asana.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive projects to completion.
Creative & Production Partnership
- Partner closely with in-house creative team to align creative development, photoshoots, production schedules, and asset delivery against campaign timelines.
- Ensure creative assets move efficiently through review, approval, localization, and distribution across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets that support campaign objectives.
- Support post-launch recaps and continuous process improvements to enhance future execution.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Continuously improve campaign workflows, documentation, and operational processes to increase speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Maintain campaign trackers, dashboards, calendars, and reporting that provide visibility across all active workstreams.
- Champion best practices, accountability, and operational consistency across the marketing organization.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Poppi’s Marketing Operations function and integrated ways of working.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $1,35,100.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
Your Background
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Integrated Project Management, or Campaign Management.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns in-house or within an agency environment.
- Retail, CPG, food & beverage, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Digital, and external agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Asana.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with operational rigor, ensuring work is delivered efficiently without compromising quality.
- Experience managing projects through Asana (or similar project management platforms).
Additional Requirements
- Travel domestically for business related meetings
- Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
