TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, accurate and efficient service at our quick-service restaurant locations. You will process transactions, maintain a clean dining area and support team members to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have basic POS knowledge and a collaborative, can-do attitude, with the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant as you are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

• Process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register
• Prioritize your work according to the kitchen and dining guest needs
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Pay Range

$15.00 - 19.05 per hour

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally.
