Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage settings required, bartending preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, glassware, and bar equipment.
• Understanding of alcohol-service laws and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and manage inventory.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Create and recommend cocktails tailored to guest tastes.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and set up at shift start.
• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service.
• Take orders, answer menu questions, and handle special requests.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service.
