Job summary

The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by HEI Hotels & Resorts in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a dining room support role to assist the Outlet Manager and servers and deliver stellar guest service in a clean, welcoming environment. This entry-level position offers opportunities to learn hotel operations, work with a friendly team, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

You will clear and reset tables, stock stations, serve beverages, transport dirtyware, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
