Pool Troopers in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Construction Laborer for pool coping and tiling work. You will install tile, cope with edging, and prepare surfaces according to project specs.

Qualifications

• Experience in tile and coping installations.
• Must hold a valid US driver's license with a clean 3-year history.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace pool tile and coping.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, leveling and waterproofing.
• Mix and apply thinset, grout, and bonding mortars.
• Cut tile and coping to precise measurements with appropriate tools.
• Ensure accurate alignment, spacing, and finish.
• Inspect tile and coping for cracks or damage.
• Demolish old tile and coping when required.
• Seal surfaces to protect against water intrusion.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet specs.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA regulations.
