Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a maintenance associate for pools and spas in Sevierville, Tennessee. This role involves performing inspections, repairs, and regular maintenance of pool equipment, as well as ensuring proper water chemistry and cleanliness of pool areas.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a professional appearance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comprehensive health benefits are offered to those working 30+ hours per week.

How You’ll Shine:

• Perform maintenance related tasks on swimming pools and spas on property.
• Inspections, repair, diagnosis, replacement, and preventive maintenance of pool & spa equipment.
• Repair procedures for motor, pump, heater (propane, electric & solar), filter, cleaning systems, automatic controls and systems, pool decks, and life safety devices.
• Test, monitor, and maintain water chemistry and add necessary chemicals.
• Plan and organize assignments to ensure completion and timeliness of work.
• Maintain pool deck by pressure cleaning, emptying trash, straightening furniture as needed.
• Request orders for any supplies needed.
• Load/unload truck, transport, lift and carry pool equipment and supplies.
• Convey pertinent information to other departments.
• Fill pool and/or hot tub with water after maintenance activities and check for appropriate pool chemistry.
• Mix chemicals in appropriate quantity and pour the concoction into pools.
• Check gauges to ensure pool water levels are maintained.
• Maintain areas around the pool and/or hot tub such as the deck and the showers.
• Store pool equipment and tools in a proper manner.
• Perform regular mid-week pool and hot tub services and mid-week checks on pool filtration motors and equipment.
• Perform other work assigned by management.
