Pool Troopers seeks motivated Pool Technicians to join our service team, ensuring clients’ pools are clean, safe, and inviting. You’ll balance chemicals, maintain equipment, and uphold high standards of customer service across our local service area.

We provide comprehensive training, set clear growth opportunities, and offer competitive pay with benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to perform on-site visits and service calls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client pools, ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Test and balance water chemistry and adjust when needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment and report issues promptly.
• Keep detailed records of services, chemicals, and parts used.
• Communicate findings and any recommendations to clients.
