Responsibilities:

• Perform regular pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks, etc.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect and maintain pool water quality and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Document service visits and communicate findings to clients effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in pool care.
• Assist in the installation of new pool equipment and systems as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pool maintenance technology.

Requirements:

• Ability to endure intense seasonal temperature while working outside year-round.
• Ability to lift & haul heavier items, such as bulk deliveries of chemicals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed (which is rare).

Preferred:

• Experience in the trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc) preferred, and will be taken into consideration when finalizing compensation.
• Previous experience in pool maintenance or related field preferred, and will be taken into consideration when finalizing compensation.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance practices.
