Qualifications

• No pool experience required; training provided.
• Knowledge of pool filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and water chemistry preferred.
• Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to aquatic facilities.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on pools, spas, fountains, and water features.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and chemical feed systems.
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry to meet health and safety standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs.
• Diagnose plumbing issues related to pool circulation and distribution systems.
• Inspect and repair pool surfaces, tiles, decking, drains, and skimmers.
• Backwash and maintain filtration systems for optimal water quality.
• Assist with seasonal pool openings/closures and refurbishment projects.
