Admiral Pool Service in Friendswood, TX is hiring a Service Technician to manage a dedicated weekly route of residential pools across the Greater Houston area. Monday–Friday, roughly 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; no nights, weekends, or on-call. You’ll test water chemistry, skim and brush pools, inspect equipment, and submit same-day reports to homeowners. Paid training leads to certifications; a fully stocked vehicle and clear career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• No pool experience required; paid training and certification through the Admiral Technician Academy.
• Reliable and on time, every visit.
• Comfortable with hands-on outdoor work in Texas weather, year-round.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Takes pride in clean, professional, detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Service a dedicated weekly route of residential pools (8–12 pools per day) in a tight geographic cluster.
• Test and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, CYA, calcium) on every visit.
• Skim, vacuum, brush, and empty baskets — leave every pool swim-ready.
• Inspect pumps, filters, and equipment and flag issues for the repair team.
• Submit same-day digital service reports and communicate clearly with homeowners.
