Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Casual Dining Server to join the team at Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection, in Downtown Orlando. Deliver attentive service in a vibrant dining environment and help guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

You will take orders, describe menu options and wine pairings, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a casual dining environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order delivery.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
