Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforce pool rules and occupancy limits.
• Open and close the pool area at designated times.
• Clean pool and surrounding areas as directed.
• Keep pool furniture neatly arranged.
• Open, stock, and clean pool bathrooms; remove standing water.
• Identify safety concerns and notify Community Manager.
• Check the pool phone weekly to ensure it works.
• Verify entry with a pool pass or log visitors.
• Ensure an adult resident accompanies children under 14.
• Respond to emergency calls as directed by management.
• Communicate effectively with residents and management.
• Notify management immediately of any incident.
