O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local pool company in Redding, CA to recruit a Pool Route Technician. This full-time, long-term role focuses on keeping pools clean, safe, and operating efficiently, with a company vehicle provided during work hours.

The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and invites dependable, self-motivated individuals who work well independently and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record (required for company vehicle insurance).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and company-specific background check.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Previous pool maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure proper water quality.
• Brush pool walls and tile, vacuum pools, and skim debris as needed.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pool filters.
• Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling to customer locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during each service visit.
• Build positive relationships with customers through reliable, quality service.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently while building strong relationships with customers.

$19.00 per hour

Pool Route Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
