Community Bridges Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking Pool Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care across crisis and inpatient units. This pool role requires flexibility to cover multiple shifts and units as scheduled.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), an active nursing license, and at least 4 years of behavioral health experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Current Arizona Board of Nursing license, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.
• At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, including involuntary and voluntary.
• Must submit a minimum of 4 shifts per month by the 15th of the month prior.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for commuting.
• Must be able to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling.
• Must be able to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
• Must be able to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned.

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

Community Bridges is currently seeking POOL Registered Nurses to provide integrated behavioral health care at our multiple crisis and inpatient units.

Skills/Requirements:

• Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
• At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary.
• Must be able to submit (4) minimum shifts a month, by the 15th of the month prior
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.
• Must be able to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling.
• Must be able to reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
• Must be able to work crisis and inpatient units as assigned

Compensation:

This position offers a flat hourly rate of $55.00 per hour
