Job summary

Poolwerx USA LLC is hiring a Pool Retail Sales Associate in Dallas for a part-time, afternoon and weekend role. No experience required; on-the-job training covers water testing and chemical recommendations to keep pools safe and sparkling.

You will assist customers, stock and merchandise the showroom, and learn repair of pool cleaners while enjoying a friendly team culture and opportunities for advancement within leadership, repair, or retail tracks.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Will train you for pool water testing and chemical recommendations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding retail experience during every visit.
• Perform professional computerized water testing and explain results.
• Recommend pool chemicals, water treatment products, and maintenance solutions based on water test results.
• Educate customers on proper pool and spa care, equipment maintenance, and seasonal pool maintenance.
• Assist customers with selecting pool supplies, accessories, replacement parts, and equipment.
• Stock, organize, and merchandise retail inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail showroom.
• Help implement in-store promotions, merchandising displays, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.

We are hiring for an afternoon and weekend, part-time position. This is not a seasonal role; we're looking for someone dependable and long-term.

This is an entry-level position! No experience is required.

You'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients who visit the store. You will learn the science behind water testing and providing chemical recommendations to ensure the proper balance for a safe and sparkling pool and spa. • Basic computer skills.
• Experience with Facebook or other social media platforms is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional holidays.
