Poolwerx is seeking a skilled Pool Restoration Helper to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate has hands-on pool maintenance experience, including pointing, cleaning, caulking, and pressure washing, to support residential and commercial pool resurfacing with high-quality workmanship.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable performance on outdoor job sites across varying weather. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and vinyl liner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool restoration or related trades (pointing, cleaning, caulking, pressure washing).
• Ability to handle physical outdoor work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and restoration materials.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pool surface restoration, including tile repair, surface prep, and finish applications.
• Perform precise pointing of pool tiles, stone, and coping for durable joints.
• Clean pool surfaces, tiles, and surrounding areas with industrial tools and chemicals.
• Apply caulking to expansion joints, coping, and other areas to prevent water intrusion.
• Operate a pressure washer to remove dirt, algae, and old coatings from pool surfaces.
• Prepare job sites by setting up tools, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Vinyl liner experience preferred.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Communicate progress with team members and supervisors about job status.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pool maintenance and repair, with a background in pointing, cleaning, caulking, and pressure washing. This role plays a critical part in assisting with the restoration and resurfacing of residential and commercial pools, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pool surface restoration, including tile repair, surface prep, and finish applications.
• Perform precise pointing of pool tiles, stone, and coping to ensure long-lasting joints and structural integrity.
• Clean pool surfaces, tiles, and surrounding areas using industrial-grade tools and chemicals.
• Apply caulking to expansion joints, coping, and other necessary areas to prevent water intrusion and damage.
• Operate pressure washer to remove dirt, algae, old coatings, and debris from pool surfaces.
• Prepare job sites by setting up tools, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Vinyl Liner Experience preferred
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about job progress and any issues that arise.

Working Conditions

• Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• May involve early start times, long days, and occasional overtime.
• Physical labor including kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
